LEYI DFD01 — Flexible Denture Base Resin
A light-curing photopolymer resin engineered specifically for 3D printing flexible denture bases. Printed appliances deliver high resilience, high toughness and strong fatigue resistance, with a natural translucent finish that wears comfortably in the mouth. Ideal for temporary transitional restoration of edentulous areas prior to implant placement or fixed prosthetic treatment.

Post-Processing
Wash printed parts in isopropyl alcohol (IPA), then post-cure under UV light. Note: DFD01 is an alcohol-wash resin and is not water-washable.

Do you have a factory audit report?
Yes. We hold ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and a China Medical Device Production License, among other qualifications.
What quality control do you have in place?
We follow a standardized testing process. Every batch is checked for quality and stability before delivery.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products have obtained China NMPA (formerly CFDA) certification and biocompatibility reports. Some products additionally hold CE Class I certification, and further FDA and CE certifications are currently in progress.
Which of your resins are CE certified?
Dental model resin, surgical guide resin and gingiva resin are CE certified. The remaining materials are currently in the review process.
What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is generally 1 kg per item. For higher-priced materials we can supply 0.5 kg per bottle.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. We can provide a free 250 g sample - you only pay the express delivery cost. For a more complete printing test we recommend a 1 kg bottle, as the shipping cost is similar and it allows full validation on your own printer.
Do you keep stock?
Almost all of the products we sell are held in stock. Tell us the quantity you need and we will confirm availability and lead time.
How do I place an order?

What is the shelf life of your resins?
Unopened and stored at room temperature, our resins have a shelf life of over 2 years. After opening, close the bottle cap tightly. Resin should be kept away from high humidity and direct sunlight, including while loaded in the printer.
Are your resins compatible with Creality, Elegoo and Anycubic printers?
Yes. Our resins are compatible with most LCD and DLP printers from different brands. Where exposure time and bottom exposure time are adjustable, you will achieve the best accuracy and surface quality. We also provide online technical support for parameter tuning.
